Create a Custom Exercise

To create an exercise:

  1. Open the Exercise Library page in Fullphysio.

  2. Go to the My Exercises tab.

  3. Click Create Exercise.

  4. Enter the Exercise name.

  5. Enter the Execution instructions (simple, actionable guidelines).

  6. Check the certification box confirming that no identifiable patient appears in the video/images.

  7. Click Save exercise.

  8. Success! The exercise is added to your library under My exercises.

Add Video and Images (optional)

When creating (or later when editing), you can add:

  • Add a video: useful to show the full execution.

  • Add images: ideal to show the starting position and ending position.

✅ Tip: Keep instructions short and specific (e.g. “3 sets of 10 repetitions, 45 s rest”) so patients understand easily.

Find, Edit, or Delete an Exercise

To manage your custom exercises:

  1. Open Exercise LibraryMy exercises tab.

  2. Click the desired exercise to open it.

  3. Choose Edit your exercise to update the name, instructions, or media.

  4. If needed, delete the exercise from its action menu.

  5. Note: Deletion is permanent and removes the exercise from your library. If it is already used in a program, check the impact before deleting.

Use a Custom Exercise in a Program

Once the exercise is created, you can add it to a patient program:

  1. Create or open an exercise program.

  2. In the exercise selector, go to My exercises.

  3. Find your custom exercise.

  4. Click Add to include it in the program.

  5. Success! The exercise is now part of the program (and will be visible to the patient once the program is shared).
